3. Orders and Payments

• All orders require advance payment or agreed payment terms
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and approved credit terms
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

4. Delivery and Completion

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate specifications
• We reserve the right to reject orders that don't meet our quality standards
• Installation services are available for applicable products

5. Quality and Warranty

• We guarantee the quality of our materials and workmanship
• Warranty periods vary by product type
• Customer approval is required before final production
• Any defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery

6. Intellectual Property

• Customer owns rights to their original designs
• Customer is responsible for ensuring no copyright infringement
• We reserve the right to use completed work for portfolio purposes
• All DXB Advertising branding and materials remain our property

7. Limitation of Liability

DXB Advertising's liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from our services.

8. Cancellations and Modifications

• Cancellations must be made before production begins
• Modification requests may incur additional charges
• Rush orders may be subject to additional fees
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production starts

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
